The Martin OM-28e is a compact electro-acoustic guitar that features East Indian rosewood back and sides, a Sitka spruce top and the LR Baggs Anthem pickup/preamp system.
The OM28e is has been built using the finest tonewoods, with its East Indian rosewood back and sides paired with a Sitka spruce top. Combined, this pairing allow the OM-28e to deliver a rich, full sounding instrument, with good amounts of bass end complimented by a singing treble response. The body utilizes Martin's scalloped X-Bracing for a robust design that allows for good amounts of resonance combined with excellent stability.
The body is married to a select hardwood neck with a modified low oval neck profile, that feels great in the hand. An ebony fretboard sits atop the neck, giving a great smooth feel whilst adding to the guitar's overall tone, adding upper mid sparkle and snap.
