The Schecter Solo II Custom in Aged Black Satin sports many timeless and classy style features, flawless modern performance and an injection of some serious tonal pedigree.
The 2 Custom takes Schecters SOLO range to that next level. Although sharing the same arched top, single cutaway Mahogany body with Maple top and set 3 piece Mahogany neck, this 'Custom' edition introduces an Ebony fingerboard, mother of pearl block inlays, aged creme multi-ply binding and Schecter locking tuners for an enhanced vintage look and that premium overall feel.
Players who prefer that old school 24.75" scale length and easy playing 12" radius fretboard will love the SOLO 2 Custom. Fitting comfortably in the hand this more traditional approach from Shecter comes out as a slim "C" profile which perfectly compliments the 22 larger sized X-jumbo frets to create the perfect playing surface for those who enjoy playing Blues, Indie, Rock or Metal styles
Another alternative feature of the SOLO II Custom is it's pickups. Two Schecter USA Pasadena pickups with gold covers lead the line on this special model, this set cover a balanced, wide sonic territory but will thrive when introduced to aggressive, crunchy settings. This dual Humbucker pairing is controlled using the two volume and tone knobs, one of which operates as a push pull switch, and a 3 way pickup selector switch on the upper left portion of the body.

I am the proud owner of a killer 86 Les Paul Custom, but I wanted something to gig with that I didn't need to worry about so much in the pubs as its irreplaceable to me. Since I received this guitar I haven't been able to put it down. The feel, fit and finish is fantastic. I saw a review that made me make my mind up that said it's 'everything a Les Paul should be' & I couldn't agree more. Incredible value! Buy one!
