Ashdown OriginAL Bass Head

The new for 2017 Ashdown OriginAL compact bass head is now available - loaded with 300w of Ashdown tone!

The Ashdown OriginAL bass head (originally named the Ashdown Origin) has now been released.

Loaded with the all the key fundamentals that the average bass players needs and wrapped up in a super compact design, the Ashdown OriginAL is a superb option for any gigging bassist.

Rocking a 300 watt power section, the OriginAL is designed to deliver the plenty of juice. Tonally, you can take that infamous Ashdown tone right where you want it thanks to the 5-band EQ section - the regular Bass, Middle and Treble controls are complimented by those all important low mid and high mid controls. In addition, the Shape button sculpts the tone with that 'smiley face' EQ setting.

The front panel also hosts an FX send and return and a DI out, whilst the rear has 2 speaker outputs (max 4ohm load) and a handy headphone output for those quiet practise times.
