Click & Collect and Online Orders

Our Click & Collect service and online orders are fully operational during this current lockdown period.

Unfortunately, due to government restrictions, our Harlow store will be closed from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December 2020.

Click and Collect

We will be running a Click and Collect Service at our Harlow Superstore during this lockdown period, so you can still pay for, and then collect items in a safe manner (via the store’s porch area).

Click and Collect via telephone:

Call us on 01279 432900. We can take payments over the phone for orders up to the value of £150. For orders over this value we can take payment via a bank transfer. Feel free to call us if you have any questions.

Click and Collect via our website:

You can place Click and Collect orders up to the value of £150 via our website. Simply add your item/items to your basket and choose Click and Collect as the Delivery Method.

Once your order has been placed, wait for us to contact you to let you know that your order is ready to collect (from our Harlow Store). Proof of address may be required upon collection (i.e Driving License).
