The Fender '68 Custom Vibrolux Reverb takes one of Fender's best loved, most iconic amps from the late '60s and gives it a tweak for modern playing styles.
With a look that is firmly planted in the late 1960s, the '68 Custom Vibrolux Reverb will appeal to any guitarist who is a fan of Fender's classic 'Silverface' amplifiers with their silver and turquoise front panel and aluminium grille cloth trim.
Having 35 watts of valve driven power, the Vibrolux is a perfect small club/ recording amp allowing the player to push the amp hard without deafening volume. The onboard tremolo and genuine valve powered, spring reverb add to the Fender magic delivering bags of lush, shimmering tone.
As a nod to modern playing styles, Fender have, in addition to the traditional Vintage channel, added a Custom channel. This adds the Fender Bassman Tone Stack to the circuit and allows the amp to deliver a lot more punch and power to its output.
Handling all of this tone are a pair of Celestion 10" Ten30 speakers, voiced for modern, crunchy tones.
Other features include a traditional black textured vinyl covering with a silver/ turqoise grille cloth, a blue jewel power light and a 2-button footswitch allowing the reverb and vibrato to be switched remotely.
