We offer music lessons on guitar, piano, drums, bass, ukulele and banjo, and cater for all ages and abilities. Our lessons are held at our Musical Instrument Superstore - based in Harlow, Essex, which is open 7 days a week.
We also can help prepare you for the Musical Aptitude Test with one of our music theory teachers.

Darren studied at the Institute of contemporary music in London before going on to play, session and write for many bands and solo artists in and around over Essex. He specialises in both contemporary and older guitar based genres such as blues, funk, rock, alternative and many acoustic styles. Darren is extremely experienced in music computer software and its use as both a studio and learning tool, something which he is more than happy to build into his lessons if desired. Lessons are always tailored to the individual to ensure fast progress in the areas most important to you.
James started experimenting with music from the age of 2, and by 7 he was taking regular piano lessons. At 13 he developed a love for the guitar and was soon writing and recording his own material. James has since earned a Music Diploma at Harlow College, toured large festivals across Europe, written and recorded two albums and is a regular on the local music scene. His main styles of interest are rock, blues, jazz, and is inspired by artists including John Mayer, James Taylor and Jackson Browne.
Danny graduated from Mountview Theatre School in London with a Masters Degree in Musical Theatre. He teaches both piano and singing and has over twelve years experience in the industry. Danny works as a freelance rehearsal pianist and solo performer, regularly playing for weddings and functions all over the country. He has been the musical director for several stage schools including Stagecoach, Jigsaw, Bodens and KSA Conservatoire in Kent, has appeared in numerous stage shows and worked on TV.
Maria is an experienced piano teacher who was born in Latvia into a family of musicians. Maria started playing the piano at the age of five and attended the secondary school of music. In 1996 she graduated from The Latvian College of Music Studies. Maria has worked in numerous vocal studios and is an experienced composer.
Paul started playing guitar at the age of ten and went on to study at Harlow College for a music diploma. He has since played many corporate functions and appeared on national television. Paul has also worked as full time as a freelance producer, producing backing tracks for a karaoke firm and done session work, including several platinum selling albums in Spain. Over the years Paul has successfully taught guitar to students of a wide range of ages and abilities, individually and in small groups.
Jordan has played in many bands and session roles for theatres, bands, TV studios, and has played on sold out tours, as well as engineering and writing with professional songwriters in recording sessions. He has also studied at The Institute of Contemporary music. Jordan has had a lots of teaching experience with students of all ages, abilities and styles and designs lessons around you to improve your playing and musical knowledge.
Steve has been playing Guitar for over 18 years, picking up a BTEC National Diploma in Contemporary Popular Music and passing with Merit for Rockschool Grade 8. He plays guitars and drums on the live circuit and has worked in the studio with legendary producer Pete ‘Pee Wee’ Coleman (AC/DC, Tears for Fears, Napalm Death). Steve is an RGT Registered Tutor and has achieved a 100% pass rate with all his students that have taken grades.
Adam graduated from The University of Hertfordshire with an Honours Degree in Music Composition and Technology. He has also been awarded a Diploma in Music Performance, Specialising in Drums from the ICMP (Institute of Contemporary Music Performance). He regularly gigs with several bands and has been featured on BBC Introducing and Radio 1 as well as playing slots at various festivals including The Secret Garden Party and Green Fields. Adam plays drums to a Trinity Grade 8 Distinction level and is proficient in rock, funk and pop styles. He can also teach Jazz and Latin styles.
Charlie started playing drums at the age of six and in the seventeen years since has played in an array of different bands. He has recorded in the famous Studio 2 of Abbey Road Studios and has several years of teaching experience. He is competent in a range of different styles and has an extensive arsenal of chops and licks to pass on to any up and coming drummers.
