Gretsch Electromatic Centre Block Guitars

The new Gretsch Centre Block range of guitars have just been added to the ever popular Electromatic Series. Three models feature - G5620T-CB, G5622T-CB and the G5655T-CB.

The Gretsch Centre Block is a new range of guitars that have been added to the ever popular Electromatic Series.

As the name implies, the 3 guitars in the range all feature a semi-hollow construction with the added benefit of having a solid Spruce centre block running through the middle. This centre block addition allows the guitars to control unwanted feedback, produce more sustain and aids in delivering a high-gain friendly tone.

First we have the Gretsch G5620T-CB, this is a thinline, single-cut guitar that hosts a Bigsby B70 vibrato and comes loaded with a Black Top Filter'Tron pickup at the bridge and a new dual-coil Super HiLo'Tron pickup at the neck. Next we have the Grestch G5622T-CB, a double cut thinline, that also has a Bigsby B70 vibrato but rocks 3 (yes 3!) of the new Super HiLo'Tron pickups. Finally we have the Gretsch G5655T-CB which utilizes the Gretsch Double Jet body shape and also features the Black Top Filter'Tron / Super HiLo'Tron pickup pickup configuration and a Bigsby B50 vibrato.

All model are available in 3 colours - Black, Rosa Red and a very cool Georgia Green finish.
