New Yamaha Revstar Range

Originally launched in 2015, the initial Revstar series was Yamaha's first new line of guitars for over 10 years. Now, in 2022, Yamaha have completely refreshed the lineup, offering three tiers, two pickup choices, new switching options, and a new range of racing-inspired finishes.

Leading the lineup is the Revstar Professional Series, crafted in Japan, these are the pinnacle of the new Revstar range. Sitting below this, you have mid-level Revstar Standard series, whilst the Revstar Element series gives players a more affordable entry into the Revstar world.

All of the guitars feature chambered bodies designed to sculpt tone and reduce weight, providing a clear, full sound and comfortable playing experience. Across the models, you have access to humbucker and P90 loaded guitars, with a great selection of colour choices and a welcome selection of left-handed models too.

To celebrate the launch, Yamaha invited leading guitarist Chris Buck and his band Cardinal Black (featuring vocalist Tom Hollister, drummer Adam Roberts, bassist Sam Williams) to perform at the famed Rockfield Studios in Wales. See the performance below.
