We are seeking a highly motivated person with retail experience to work as part of our team.

The roles is customer facing and ideal candidate will be at home dealing with customers face to face and over the phone as well as via email and online.

Key role responsibilities include

• ensuring excellent customer service
• advising customers on a large variety of products
• checking deliveries and maintaining stock
• work to company policies and working methods, in particular, proper use of company computer systems
• social media
• striving to exceed company targets

To succeed in this role you will

• be passionate about working in retail and ideally have retail experience
• be customer focused with a can do attitude
• be highly organised and self motivated
• have the ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
• be extremely passionate and knowledgeable about musical instruments
• have the ability and knowledge to demonstrate and talk about different types of musical instruments

• be a people person with excellent verbal communication skills
• be friendly and personable
• have extremely good numeracy and literacy skills
• be familiar with computer systems and good understanding of the internet
• experience in a specialist musical instrument or other specialist retail environment is desirable
• have good knowledge of different types of musical instruments

There role is based at our Harlow Store, there is no opportunity for remote of hybrid working.
