Heralded as the definitive two channel valve amp head, the Orange Rockerverb 50 MKIII Head is the latest reincarnation, launched to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Rockerverb series.
With the original Rockerverb being Orange’s first high gain amp, the MKIII continues the tradition of being a dependable, versatile workhorse, ideal for touring guitarists and session players both on stage and in the studio.
The Rockerverb 50 MKIII features a highly versatile twin channel design with a chimey, crisp clean channel coupled with a drive channel that goes from classic British crunch right through to the heaviest of modern genres whilst maintaining clarity and definition.
For the first time in the Rockerverb series, the MKIII 50W Head features selectable output power options, switching down to 25W for better control of headroom and volume. It also features a switchable attenuator offering even further control.
The Rockerverb has a range of speaker outputs, giving a wide range of options as to which cabinet it can be played through. 1 x 16 OHM, 1 x 8 OHM or 2 x 16 OHM can be selected depending of cabinet type.
Other features include a valve driven, spring reverb for classic ambient sounds and a valve buffered effects loop giving a pure valve signal from input to output.
