Introducing the Fender American Vintage II 1951 Telecaster Neck, 21 Vintage Tall Frets, 7.25" Radius, Maple.
Fender guitar necks came in a wide variety of thicknesses and shapes throughout the vintage era. Genuine neck profiles from Fender's history are included in the American Vintage II Series.
This authentic Fender American Vintage II 1957 Telecaster 1-piece maple neck, finished at our production plant in Corona, California, has a "U"-shaped profile, a fingerboard that is 7.25" in radius, and 21 vintage-tall frets.
A lacquer finish adds a vintage vibe, and the bone nut is pre-slotted with "pilot" string placement grooves to make spacing easier when doing the final string slot filing. The ideal method to give your Tele a truly '50s vibe is with this new neck.
Nut slots must be cut by qualified personnel because Fender genuine replacement necks have not been mounted to guitar bodies. Other installation procedures, such as fret work, fitting the neck to the neck pocket, and other instrument setup procedures, may be required.
