What information do I need to sign up?

UK bank account registered at the address of the renter with the ability to sign up to our Direct Debit system

How do I pay?
We take payment via direct debit. The first payment will be triggered on the day that you sign up with further payments being taken monthly on or around the same day of the month.

What happens if I damage the instrument?
Fair wear and tear is included but damage

Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, there is a three month minimum term

Do I own the instrument at the end?
No, the instrument remains the property of GigGear Ltd

What other benefits do I get?
As a rental customer, you get a host of benefits including:

Three Clean, re-string and health checks per year (Parts not included).
Up to 25% off accessories for your rental instrument.
50% off servicing of your rental instrument.

Are the instruments setup and cleaned before I rent them?
Your rental instrument will either be brand new or an item from our rental stock. All instruments are cleaned, fully setup and fitted with premium strings/accessories by our team in house.
